01. Scope
This draft describes proposed paid-service terms for users aged 18 or older. It supplements the Terms of Use and the applicable Apple EULA. It is not a purchase offer.
02. Subscription benefits
A subscription grants only the benefits expressly listed on its purchase screen for the specified access period. The eligible features must be defined before a subscription is offered for purchase. This draft does not promise unlimited calculations, unlimited recipes, free coins, or access to every paid feature.
03. Price and payment
Before purchase, review the plan, price in your local currency, billing period, and included benefits in the app and Apple’s confirmation screen. Payment is handled through the App Store. Any introductory offer applies only if its eligibility, duration, and subsequent price are explicitly displayed.
04. Renewal and cancellation
An auto-renewable subscription continues for successive billing periods unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s applicable terms. Review the renewal information on Apple’s purchase screen before confirming.
On iPhone, open Settings, select your name, and then Subscriptions to manage or cancel a plan. Removing Brinox or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation follows the expiration information shown by Apple.
05. Coins and feature use
Coins are virtual units for eligible Brinox features. Current feature charges are 135 coins for a calculator result, 135 coins for a Recipe Studio request, and 300 coins to unlock one advanced recipe. Review the confirmation shown before each use. Unlocking one recipe does not unlock a collection.
Purchased coins are not a subscription, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be transferred or traded. Purchased coins must not expire. A subscription does not automatically include coins or remove coin charges unless the purchase offer expressly includes that benefit.
06. Failed requests and purchase issues
If a charged Recipe Studio request fails without providing a saved result, its pending coin charge is returned. Declining a charge does not spend coins. If a purchase or balance appears incorrect, contact Support with only the information necessary to identify the issue.
Eligible subscription access should be recoverable through verified App Store entitlements. Consumable coin purchases are different from restorable subscriptions; do not assume a standard restore action replenishes spent coins.
07. Refunds and consumer rights
For purchases billed by Apple, you can submit a refund request through Apple. Eligibility depends on the purchase, region, Apple’s policies, and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed. Nothing in this agreement removes statutory consumer rights.
08. Changes and contact
