Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license where applicable. These terms do not replace Apple’s agreement.

01. Acceptance and age

By using Brinox, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple end user license agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to use Brinox. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app.

02. Using Brinox

Brinox provides coffee recipes, brewing tools, timers, favorites, and a personal journal. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase restrictions, or infringe another person’s rights.

03. Your content

You retain your rights to the content you create. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping any copies you need. Local journal content is not represented as a cloud backup. Use the in-app controls carefully when deleting entries or clearing app data.

04. Subscriptions and coins

Paid access may be offered through subscriptions and coin purchases. Review the displayed product, price, billing period, and included benefits before confirming a purchase. A subscription does not include coins or waive coin charges unless the purchase offer expressly says so.

The Membership Agreement provides the additional conditions for paid services. App Store payments are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. No payment is taken on this website.

05. Coffee guidance

Recipes and calculated quantities are general brewing aids. Results depend on your beans, equipment, water, and technique. Follow equipment instructions and take care with hot liquids and pressure-based brewers. Brinox does not guarantee a particular taste or brewing result.

06. Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain a useful app but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If features or these terms materially change, we will provide notice where required. Changes do not remove your rights relating to completed purchases. Access may be restricted for misuse, subject to applicable law.
